V.E. Mitchell
Victoria “Vicki” Estelle Mitchell Gustafson (born 19 April 1954) is a Star Trek author.
She lives in the Pacific Northwest and has worked with the Idaho Geological Survey. She is also a noted costumier, and has won awards for some of her costumes at conventions.
